2023 Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato

Description

Key Points: Paint Protection Film (PPF) Applied To Whole Car, Lamborghini Warranty - 4 Years from Manufacturer, Additional Lights on Front Bumper.

The Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato (meaning ‘dirt road’ in Italian) is limited to 1,499 cars globally, and marks the final evolution of the marque’s best-selling supercar.

The basis is a regular 4WD Huracán coupé, raised by 1.7-inches, and featuring 25% softer springs and an additional 35% (front) and 25% (rear) suspension travel. The track is 30mm (front) and 34mm (rear) wider and the wheelbase is 9mm longer. It still has adaptive BWI dampers with a Touring mode, and a firmer setting that sharpens the handling on a winding road or tarmac track. In addition, it features a unique Rally mode, which optimises the suspension and all-wheel drive system for driving on gravel, dirt, and sand.

The Sterrato has widebody wheel arch flares with integrated air intakes for improved airflow to the brakes, as well as a reinforced frame, protective plastic wheel arch cladding, and underbody protection. The car is fitted with 20-inch wheels and Bridgestone off-road tyres as standard.

The snorkel air intake is standard, and provides additional airflow while sliding sideways on gravel. The car also uses ceramic brake discs, rather than cast iron items. Rally-style spotlights on the nose are optional, as are a set of roof bars.

Interior details include a switch for the spotlights, fitment of an inclinometer, compass and steering angle indicator, uncarpeted floors, unupholstered door cards and optional heavy-duty floor mats.

The seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and electronically controlled limited-slip differential are carried over from the Evo, as is the Haldex coupling that engages the front axle. The aluminium-carbon chassis features tweaks to the 4WD system’s distribution, the torque-vectoring, the rear limited-slip differential’s operation, and the stability control calibration. Power comes from a 5.2-litre V10, which is shared with the Huracán Evo, producing 602bhp and 560Nm of torque.
