2023 Ferrari 812 Competizione
Description
Key Points: Historical Circle with No.5 Livery on Bonnet & Doors, Rosso Magma Exterior Paint, Racing Seats in Blu Elettrico Special Tailor Made Squared Design, F1 Driver Signatures - Charles Leclerc & Carlos Sainz.
Introduced as a direct successor to the F12 TDF and 599 GTO, the 812 Competizione is a
limited-production, track-focused variant of the 812 Superfast, limited to 999 examples.
Powered by a more powerful version of the Superfast’s 6.5-litre V12, it produces 819hp and
519lb ft of torque, and revs to 9,500rpm compared to the Superfast’s 9,000rpm. The engine
features redesigned pistons, 40% lighter conrods, a rebalanced crank, new cylinder heads,
F1-inspired cams, a redesigned intake, variable geometry inlet tracts and a titanium exhaust.
The Competizione is equipped with extensive aerodynamic and cooling upgrades, and
weighs 38 kg less than the Superfast while producing 30% more downforce. It also benefits
from the introduction of an independent four-wheel steering system called Virtual Short
Wheelbase, where the rear wheels can steer independently of each other.
