In May 2021, Bentley released the Bentayga S, which is the fourth model in the line-up, joining the plug-in hybrid V6, the standard V8, and the W12-powered Speed. According to Bentley, the S variant has more aggressive styling, and features different 22-inch wheels, a larger rear spoiler, black lower body panels, tinted light clusters, and black oval sports exhaust. The interior features Alcantara and leather on the seats, gear selector, steering wheel and headlining.

The chassis promises a more engaging drive, with 15% firmer dampers, a recalibrated torque vectoring system, and Bentley's Dynamic Ride system fitted as standard. The Bentayga S is powered by a 542 hp 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged petrol V8.
