Ex Jenson Button Ferrari Enzo For Sale

With no hybrid setup, no turbochargers and no dual-clutch transmission, the Enzo is recognised by connoisseurs as the last truly analogue Ferrari, and the marque’s first ‘hypercar’. Named after Ferrari’s founder, the Enzo is powered by a 6.0-litre V12, which at the time of its release was the most powerful naturally aspirated engine ever placed into a road car, producing an unmatched 650bhp. The Enzo managed to lap the Fiorano test circuit with a time of 1:24:9, making it 2.1 seconds faster than its predecessor, the F50.

Ferrari built just 399 units of the Enzo, with these being sold to existing Ferrari F40 and F50 owners via exclusive invitations. However, in 2004, a 400th example was built. This was a special one of a kind which was then donated to the Vatican for charity.

This particular Enzo was owned by 2009 F1 World Champion, Jenson Button; one of only two drivers to have beaten Lewis Hamilton in the same team over the course of a season, and the youngest Brit in the history of F1 upon his debut in 2000. According to multiple sources, Button was not allowed to publicise the sale of his Ferrari Enzo in 2010 due to the fierce rivalry between the Italian manufacturer and his employer at the time, McLaren.

Finished in the quintessential Ferrari combination of Rosso Corsa over a Nero leather-trimmed cabin, this example is accompanied by the rare Schedoni-manufactured Enzo suit carrier, Book packs and Ferrari branded torch. This Enzo also benefits from main dealer service history and the prestigious Ferrari Classiche-certification.

We are delighted to offer for sale the Ferrari Enzo, previously owned by Jenson Button. For further specification and details of this stunning example, please click here.
